The Spirited lounge of 0/8 Seafood Grill, Twisted Cork features 20 Champagne and sparkling selections and 50 wines available by-the-taste or-glass, as well as a 300-label wine list. Handcrafted cocktails and an extensive beer list are also available. Co-Owner and Chef Dan Thiessen's lounge menu lists many small plates and desserts with a focus on Northwest flavors. Happy hours are from 4 to 6pm and 10pm to midnight daily. Live music is featured every Wednesday through Sunday evenings.
