British ex-pats crowd into the George and Dragon Pub in Seattle to get the tastes of their sodden homeland, namely a daily fix of English football, pulled imperial pints of British Isle brews and traditional pub fare—even at 6am on some weekends when a particularly good game is on the telly. These amenities make this Seattle bar one crowded local full of addled fans, but don't expect to see many American sports on the tube because, unbeknownst to most of us on this side of the pond, English and European football leagues go virtually year round with little breaks for other Euro-centric sports like rugby and cricket—so if the Mariners ever make it to the show (ha!) hit a Seattle local bar other than George and Dragon Pub 'cause they'll most likely be dissecting the mid-fielders of the 1982 Manchester United football club...on video.
