Description
Neighborhood & Worldwide Contact Center Professionals (NWCCP) and Help Desk Northwest (HDNW) offer an avenue for service & support professionals to network and learn from one another.

Concentration is on real life issues faced in call/contact centers or help/service desks, sharing success strategies. Networking and knowledge exchanges happen in monthly meetings, newsletters, and site tours of different centers.

No fee to attend mtgs. or member fees - supported by the community. Experts present rich sessions, handouts & resources. Information, resources, jobs and candidates posted in our newsletters. We help people with questions emailed to nwccp@hthts.com.

Our objective is that everyone benefits by learning new ideas for improved efficiencies to exceed service and support goals, make new contacts in the industry & realize personal & professional growth.
