Nirvana's chef-owner Prakash Niroula, is a very innovative & experienced chef who has worked in many reputed organizations like Hyatt Hotel Kathmandu & Bellevue, Carnival Cruise, Tamarind Bay Boston, Mirch Masala Colorado Springs, McCormick's Bellevue & Sahib Edmonds. Our other great chef Ming Li is the master of Indo Chinese and Middle Eastern flavors, has worked many years in the Food & Hospitality business in China, India, The Middle East.

You are invited to try these great chef's innovations. Our menu is simple, selective and moderately priced. All the dishes are prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients & our own blend spices. Our food are created in natural way without any additives like artificial colors & flavors.
