Huiyona is a family owned restaurant located in Seattle's N. Capitol Hill neighborhood.  They feature a seasonal, eclectic menu utilizing the very best Pacific NW ingredients and marrying them with Asian inspiration.  Chef Randy Montoya (former Chef de Cuisine @ Trachts in LA) is in the kitchen creating and executing a long list of delicious small plates including:  sweet corn potstickers, lumpia, shrimp corndogs, and soy braised pork belly.  Excellent service compliments the exciting menu beginning each guest's experience with a fresh hot towel and later followed by a tasty gift from the Chef.  Almost as pleasing as the food and service are the prices at Huiyona.  It was owner's Mark and Rachel Apuyan's dream to open up a restaurant where everyone can have a great dinner and not hurt their wallets.  They wanted to give the people of Seattle a reason to go out again.
