Eduardo Barrera is a nationally certified Hanna Somatic Educator® specializing in chronic pain, improving sensory-motory capacity, functional exercise, and brain based movement known as the Hanna Somatic Exercises® utilizing the little known process of pandiculation.

This is accomplished either through a direct hands-on process or self guided movement for the individual or in a classroom setting which is now available online.
