Description

Designed for newly promoted supervisors and employees with supervisory potential, this class is TOC’s entry-level introduction to taking on leadership responsibilities--one of the most challenging and important roles within any organization. Attendees will learn to establish and communicate performance expectations, organize and apply available resources, observe employee performance and coach for improvement. The day is filled with practical information taken from real-life situations; participants come back with skills they can put to use right away in the workplace. (4 hours)
