Description
Sisko Gallery, 3126 Elliott ave. 100 yards north of the Olympic Sculpture Park, opens “Four Santa Fe Sculptors,” on Thursday, May 29th, with an opening reception from 5 -8pm. Featuring sculptors: Michael Bergt, Geoffrey Gorman, Frank Morbillo, and Bill Weaver. Using materials ranging from juniper tree branches, found objects, cast glass, and stretched bronze, each sculptor proves how Santa Fe has become a crossroads of both goods and ideas. A place where diverse traditions have come together in a dynamic way, Santa Fe has become a place of transitions, intersections, coincidence and even serendipity.
