Online reservations must be made 3 days prior to show date for processing.

Online reservations are processed between Monday at 11AM & Friday at 5PM. Online reservations made on weekends will not be processed until Monday after 11AM. Please call us anytime at 206-441-9729 so we can assist with your reservations.

Jazz Alley does not have physical tickets. We make reservations just like a restuarant for the majority of our shows and you pay the cover charge for the show at the end of the evening, along with anything else you have ordered while you are here. If you have made a reservation and have ANY changes or need to cancel, we ask that you please call within 24 hours of the performance.

Generally, parties of 10 or more must pre-pay for all shows, please call us 206-441-9729 so we can assist as some shows require pre-pay per person.
