This kitschy little joint with loud music and quirky decor sits on the outskirts of Capitol Hill, on your way to downtown. Besides serving up those bitchin' burritos (and they are scrumptious, by the way) Bimbo's has an equally surrealistic lounge that comes alive at night. The Cha-Cha Lounge, as it's known, makes its own margarita mix, which is unusual in Seattle. The result is a delectable little number, which is easily sucked down in a moment of wild abandon -- and once you get started your whole night will be a moment of wild abandon. Cheap eats, tasty drinks, you can't beat it.
